"My 13 yr old son is allergic to wheat, casein and eggs. I tried for over a year to plan meals for him on my own and it was such a battle and very stressful. He and I met with the dietitians at Nutrition Rites in Oct 2018 and left with suggestions that would never have occurred to me. Our nutritionist setup a food plan and lunch system for us to follow along with sending me any food or recipe suggestions. She was so accommodating when I would email her questions, too.
