CHEYENNE RICHARDS, MBA RDN LDCheyenne Richards is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist located in Charleston, SC. She attended the University of Oklahoma where she received her Bachelor's, after which she earned her M.B.A. in Austin, Texas. Her work in the community steered her towards nutrition services where she now specializes in eating disorders. Cheyenne is passionate about helping individuals find freedom from their eating disorders while acquiring nutrition-based skills and tools that help achieve healthy nutrition for the long term. Cheyenne is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals. When not working, Cheyenne enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, gardening, and other outdoor activities.
KAYLA FITZGERALD, RDN LDKayla is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist & Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. She received a BS in Dietetics from Kansas State University and completed her Dietetic Internship at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) where she has worked as a Clinical Dietitian. At Nutrition Rites she specializes in Intuitive Eating, Medical Nutrition Therapy, Sports, Allergies, and General Nutrition. Outside of work, Kayla enjoys running, cooking (her husband is a chef!), and spending time with her family fishing, gardening, and taking care of their chickens.

ERIN SEPRISH, MBA RDN LDErin Seprish is an experienced food service manager and dietitian who has dedicated her career to the nutrition, education, and well-being of patients, students, and the community. She earned her B.S. in Human Nutrition at Winthrop University following her M.B.A. at Charleston Southern University. Erin completed her Dietetic Internship at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston, SC. She currently works as an Operations Manager in Nutrition Services for MUSC’s Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital and Pearl Tourville Women’s Pavilion ensuring quality nutrition and safety of patient and customer meals. Erin is also recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in Patient Services Management for Sodexo. Erin serves as a Nutrition Consultant for private practice and projects including her recent project with the School Nutrition Association Magazine. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and President-Elect of the Charleston Trident Dietetic Association.
LEAH SOLOMON, MS RDN LDLeah is a Registered Dietitian located in Charleston, SC. She attended NC State for her undergraduate degree, received her Masters degree in Nutrition at Meredith College and completed her Dietetic Internship through UNC Greensboro. Early on in her career, Leah discovered her passion for nutrition counseling and working with people one on one. As someone who has struggled with chronic dieting and restrictive eating, she understands how toxic a bad relationship with food can be. She aims to help people break up with dieting, find joy in eating, and feel their absolute personal best. Outside of work, Leah enjoys traveling, Netflix, going to the beach, and making pizza with her fiancé.
